Purity
Is the percentage of material acceptable?
Chromatographic separation quantifies the main peak against every related substance present, reported as a percentage of total peak area.
LC-MS/MS
11X testing including purity, identity and content testing with a certificate your customers can verify themselves.

What each one answers, and what it costs on its own.
One LC-MS/MS analysis answers all five questions, so they are ordered and priced as a single test.
$150
for all five
Is the percentage of material acceptable?
Chromatographic separation quantifies the main peak against every related substance present, reported as a percentage of total peak area.
LC-MS/MS
Does the vial contain the mass on the label?
Quantifies actual peptide mass per vial against a reference standard. Distinguishes true peptide content from counter-ions, residual solvent and water, which routinely account for a fifth of a lyophilized vial.
LC-MS/MS against a certified reference standard
Is it the peptide the label claims?
Molecular weight confirmation establishes that the material is the stated compound and not a cheaper analog with a similar retention time.
LC-MS molecular weight confirmation
Is the reconstituted solution within range?
Measured on the reconstituted sample. A pH outside the expected range points to a formulation or stability problem well before it shows up as degradation.
Calibrated potentiometry
Is there any fentanyl in this material?
Targeted screen for fentanyl and its analogs. Contamination in a research peptide is a supply chain failure, and finding it is worth more than any other result on the certificate.
LC-MS/MS targeted screen
Is every vial in the batch the same?
Additional vials from the same lot are tested independently and compared. This is what separates a controlled fill from a lucky one, and it is the test that catches inconsistent batches.
Replicate purity and content across 2 to 5 specimens
Is the product free of microbial contamination?
Detects bacterial and fungal contamination in the finished vial. Screening by PCR returns an answer in days rather than the fortnight a compendial culture takes.
PCR screen
Did anything come through from synthesis?
Elemental analysis for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury, plus catalyst residues carried over from the synthesis route.
ICP-MS
Is the bacterial endotoxin load within limit?
Quantifies bacterial endotoxin in endotoxin units per milliliter. Endotoxins are fragments of the outer wall of certain bacteria, released when they die. They survive the sterilization that kills the bacteria themselves, and even trace amounts can cause fever and inflammation.
LAL, USP <85>
Does it contain anything that would cause a fever?
An advanced, animal-free laboratory assay used to detect and quantify fever-causing substances (pyrogens) in medical and pharmaceutical products.
Human monocyte activation assay
Does the powder actually go back into solution?
Checks that a dry peptide powder dissolves smoothly into a clear, particle-free solution. A vial that will not reconstitute cleanly is unusable whatever its purity says.
USP <790>
How prone is this material to oxidative degradation?
Measures how strongly a sample tends to promote or resist oxidation. Oxidation is a form of chemical degradation that can arise during manufacturing, in storage, or after reconstitution, through oxygen, moisture, light, temperature and impurities. The reading is an additional indicator of the chemical environment around the peptide, and of the conditions that shorten its life.
Oxidation-reduction potential, mV
How much water is in the vial, and does it stay that way?
Quantifies residual water content, and how it moves over time. Water is what most often drives a lyophilized peptide to degrade in storage, so the number is a stability measure as much as a composition one.
USP <921>

Tell us what is in the vial and choose the tests. Bulk orders can be uploaded as a spreadsheet.
Print the confirmation, pack it with the vials, and send it by FedEx or UPS.
You can watch each test move from pending to complete as the work is done.
A branded PDF with a QR code your customers can scan to verify it themselves.
Place the order in the portal first, print the confirmation, and include it in the box. Ship by FedEx or UPS to the address on your dashboard. Bubble wrap each vial individually. Shipments arriving without a packing slip take longer to process because they have to be matched by hand.
Yes. Enter each component and its amount when you place the order.
Yes. Your company name, logo and colors appear on it by default. If you sell the same product under other names, you can buy an additional certificate per brand for the same sample, up to five.
Every certificate carries a QR code. Scanning it opens the certificate on this site, served directly from the laboratory record. Nothing that arrives by email or sits on a seller's website can be checked that way, which is the point.
Yes. The certificate states what was measured. There is no arrangement under which an unfavourable result is withheld, and a laboratory that offered one would be worth nothing to your customers.
Yes. The LC-MS/MS method has been validated for the peptides we test.
It is actual peptide content in mg/vial.
Yes. Every certificate includes a representative LC-MS/MS chromatogram from the analysis behind the purity and identity results. Identity is confirmed by retention time and molecular mass, and the method notes on the certificate describe how each result was obtained.

Yes. Every test we offer is listed with its price on this page. We need an additional vial for those tests.
